Delivery and Returns
Production & Shipping
All GLORY pieces are made to order with care, ensuring a tailored, luxury experience. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production and delivery. Orders are shipped with a flat rate fee of $10. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, and all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be levied upon arrival. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our collection, all sales are final. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order, after which production begins. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Lost Items
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any shipping damages to us within 48 hours. We will work with you to replace any items damaged during transit.
